The American RSDHope’s NATIONAL RSDS/CRPS PATIENT SURVEY RESULTS NOW AVAILABLE!!
The results are in and tabulated, over 90 pages worth, of the RSD Patient Survey we conducted in the Summer of 1998 through the Internet and the mail.
The Survey covered many aspects of an RSD patients experiences and over 800 patients responded! The results are below. Some of the questions were ...

- At what age where you when you first contracted RSD?
- What part (s) of your body are affected?
- How long have you had RSD?
- How long did you have to wait for a diagnosis?
- Has your RSD spread?

- Which of the following symptoms, or types of pain, and effects do you have? (many listed and % shown for each)
- Are you on or trying to get on SSD or WC?
- Does the weather/Barometric Pressure affect you?

We concluded by asking three essay questions, the replies to which are included in three special supplements.

- What ONE thing would you like the PUBLIC to know about RSDS?
Now you can share this information with your Drs., family, and friends, to help them see you actually ARE NORMAL, for an RSD patient! It also tells you how well other patients have done with various treatments. It is a MUST HAVE for any patient, Dr. or family member.
We tabulated the answers and have them in printed form. There is a wealth of information here that should be of interest to all!
